Dr. Abbie Maroño is a behavioral scientist, recognized by the US State Department of State as a top 1% expert, and has been named one of Central Florida’s most influential young leaders, receiving the Orlando Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award. Dr. Abbie is the creator of The Upper Hand, a proprietary framework for understanding human decision-making and influence. She has delivered this training to representatives from 29 U.S. federal agencies, including the U.S. Secret Service, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security, as well as to senior leadership at INTERPOL. The U.S. Secret Service recognized her expertise with an award for outstanding contribution to their forensic services.
Earning her PhD in Psychology, Abbie became a Professor of Psychology at 23 and now provides executive coaching and organizational training focused on communication, trust, nonverbal behavior, and emotional regulation.
